I have been working as a therapist for over 15 years in private and non-profit settings, helping people to resolve whatever is in the way of their living their best life. I have a warm, empathic interactive style of working and believe that the relationship we build, our therapeutic alliance is most important to your peace of mind.

My clinical framework is trauma informed, Psychodynamic and I work in an eclectic style using Cognitive Behavioral and Mindfulness techniques as appropriate. I will be a committed ally on your journey to make the changes you may want or need to make with deep insight, kindness and care.

Some of the issues people seek my help on are Major Depression, Bipolar Disorders, Anxiety Disorders including Panic Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder as well as anxiety associated with medical conditions, and relational difficulties. I offer a free 15 minute consultation where we can discuss working together and from there, we can set up an Initial Session.
